Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed for compliance.
Age Verification Notice: MoonCity9 employs automated and manual KYC verification procedures to confirm player age. If there is reasonable suspicion that a registered user is below 21 years of age, the account will be suspended pending verification. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify MoonCity9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].
MoonCity9 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
MoonCity9 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. All players must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal, and may be required to complete verification at any time during their use of the Platform.
KYC verification typically requires the submission of the following documents:
KYC submissions are reviewed by our compliance team and are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of complete documentation. MoonCity9 reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary and to extend the verification timeline accordingly.

MoonCity9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following MYR-native payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow QR, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the cashier page of the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed at the cashier. All deposited funds must be sourced from payment methods registered in your own name. MoonCity9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with all applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. MoonCity9 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within five (5) minutes, DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes, and standard bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes of approval. These are target timeframes, not guaranteed commitments.
The primary operating currency of the MoonCity9 Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless the Player's account has been designated as a cryptocurrency account, in which case USDT values apply.
Note: MoonCity9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any such third-party charges.
MoonCity9 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and refer-a-friend rewards. The availability and specific terms of each promotion are governed by the individual promotion terms published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active.
Refer-a-friend bonuses are subject to verification of genuine referral relationships. Fraudulent referrals — including self-referrals using multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of all associated referral bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
All betting and gaming activity on the MoonCity9 Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game type. These product-specific rules are published within each game or betting market on the Platform.
MoonCity9 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; (c) the odds or game configuration contains a manifest error; or (d) the Player's account is subject to ongoing compliance review.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game configurations, or payout calculations — whether arising from a technical fault, human error, or data feed inaccuracy — MoonCity9 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions and return stakes to affected Players. MoonCity9's decision in such cases is final.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds movements. MoonCity9 cannot guarantee that a bet placed will be accepted at the displayed odds at the precise moment of placement. Accepted live bets are confirmed at the odds displayed on the bet confirmation screen.

Market availability is subject to change without notice based on event scheduling and operational decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MoonCity9 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are not enforceable, MoonCity9's total liability to you shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MoonCity9 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the Player's jurisdiction of residence.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with MoonCity9's support team, Players may request escalation to our formal dispute resolution process as described in our support documentation.

Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
